Cancellation Policy
VIP Tours Nicaragua – 11-Day Tour Booking & Cancellation Policy Tour Overview VIP Tours Nicaragua offers an 11-day / 11-night guided tour in Nicaragua. The tour includes accommodation in San Juan del Sur and other destinations as specified in the confirmed itinerary and is sold as a packaged travel service. Included Services Depending on the selected package, the tour may include accommodation, daily breakfasts, round-trip airport transfers from Managua (Nicaragua) or Liberia (Costa Rica) when stated, selected guided excursions with an English- or Russian-speaking guide, and private ground transportation for included activities. Not included: flights, visa or entry fees, meals other than breakfasts, optional activities, personal expenses, souvenirs, and travel insurance. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for purchasing airfare, arriving on time, holding valid travel documents, and complying with local laws and safety instructions. VIP Tours Nicaragua is not responsible for airline delays, missed flights, medical issues, loss of personal belongings, or events outside its direct control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Group Size Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, clients may be offered an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid. Payment Terms A 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before the tour start date. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment. All payments are subject to the cancellation policy below. Cancellation by the Client – More than 30 days before start: full refund minus non-recoverable third-party costs. – 30 to 15 days before start: 50% cancellation fee. – Less than 15 days before start, no-shows, or same-day cancellations: 100% cancellation fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Changes to Bookings Date or package changes are subject to availability and may incur third-party fees. Cancellation by VIP Tours Nicaragua If the tour is canceled due to safety concerns, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule at no extra cost or receive a refund for services not provided.
