Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VIP Tours Nicaragua (operating under Grande Corporation S.A.), we strive to provide unforgettable travel experiences. This policy explains how deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except if VIP Tours Nicaragua cancels the tour (see Section 3).
2. Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before the tour start date (or immediately if booked within that 7-day window).
3. Cancellation by Customer

More than 30 days before the tour: You may cancel and will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

15–30 days before the tour: 50% of the remaining balance (after the deposit) will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund will be issued.

No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund.
4. Cancellation by VIP Tours Nicaragua
We may cancel or reschedule a tour due to:

Weather or safety concerns

Insufficient participants

Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes)
If we cancel a tour:

Customers may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund including the deposit.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days.

Bank, PayPal, or payment processor fees are non-refundable.
6. Non-Refundable Items

50% booking deposit

Fees from third-party providers (hotels, tickets, transport)

Personal travel expenses (insurance, visas, etc.)
